About Me
Jan 01
I was born and raised in Massachusetts

I like to wear big sunglasses
And dress up
I was homeschooled for most of my life
And learned a lot
Then I went to college at UMass Boston and got a degree in English

After that I worked at a design consultancy with these people

Then at age 26, I realized I was completely miserable
So I left the U.S and went to Bali to volunteer for a birthing clinic
That’s when I started this blog
And when I learned how to enjoy my life
I live in Boston again

I work for this company
I have the best friends in the whole world

And I’m filled with gratitude for it all:
“For a long time I saw myself as a victim of circumstances I could not control and did not choose: I lived in a rich town without much money; my parents divorced when I was young; and I was homeschooled, which made it difficult to relate to my peers. By age 26 I was tired of hating my life, so I made a choice of my own. From the outside it looked like I was giving up everything I had in order to volunteer in Bali. On the inside it was a commitment to see my life in a different way. Today I see what has always been there: two loving parents who are still friends; a childhood that fostered my creativity; and a unique, diverse education that taught me to think outside the box. I am grateful for this, and by choosing gratitude over resentment, I’ve never been happier.” -Gratitude by Devin Bramhall
